Implementing a new IT solution is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming and complex, especially because it is not your core business. IT Suppliers can promise you a fast solution for all your wishes but the implementation often takes  to long which increases the costs. How do you identify the real needs of your organization and how will the supplier understand exactly which functionalities are needed? It is crucial to  involve your employees so that the solution fits their needs and adoption is optimal.  There are different project approaches and it is important to use the one that is most in line with the organization, the culture and the expectations of the project.
